| Sergio Solanot, Founder,
Chairman & CEO |
Mr. Solanot founded Entrepids in 1999 with a
vision to develop innovative software solutions
for the sales chain that could generate revenue
growth, higher profits and competitive advantages.
Mr. Solanot has emerged as a business leader in
Argentina after his experience and success as CEO
in turnaround situations for two severely distressed
middle market companies, both of which regained
their industry leadership position and turned profitable.
He was amongst the very first business people in
his country to successfully plan and execute a strategy
based on the application of e-commerce and Internet
solutions for the demand chain. His work received
extensive press coverage and he is an active speaker
at technology forums in the region. Prior to his
work as chief executive, Mr. Solanot was a consultant
with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and Andersen Consulting.
Mr. Solanot holds an Industrial Engineering degree
from Universidad de Buenos Aires and an Master of
Science in Management from the Massachusetts Institute
of Technology (MIT Sloan School of Management).

| Javier Culasso, Founder,
Director & VP Technology |
Mr. Culasso co-founded Entrepids after holding
several CIO positions at middle market manufacturing
companies where he was instrumental in the implementation
of customer facing applications that significantly
improved the bottom line. Mr. Culasso holds a Bachelors
degree in Systems Software Analysis from Universidad
Tecnológica Nacional in Argentina. He is an experienced
manager in the IT field and since 1994 he held the
CIO positions at Minetti & Cía., Cargill - Granja
del Sol, and at Colorín, where he played a critical
role in successfully applying information technology
and Internet for business transformation. Mr. Culasso
was acknowledged as “1999 CIO of the Year” in Argentina
by Information Technology magazine and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
